Lets compare from my previous picture to yesterday's weekly picture.I am now 4 weeks from stepping on the stage at the Arnold Classic.
I know the lighting is different, and I have my competition suit on...Okay, hard to tell, you can see a difference in my back pose. I also added more bling to my suit. And will probably put a few more stones on. I LOVE Bling!!!
I am excited to be testing Competition Color for Tan It All. So as soon as I get sprayed on, I will post a picture of how dark you get. It's really kinda funny! But looks great onstage.
So far with 6 days of eating clean my weight has stayed pretty much the same. 121-122lbs.
I don't expect to loose weight actually other than maybe a little water along the way and a pound or two at most. I am also a little "Backed Up" right now...ha, ha. Is that too much information or do you want to learn? My stomach requires smaller meals so even the 6 meals are hard to eat per sitting for me. I feel like a blob sits in my stomach from one meal to the next. I may end up downsizing each meal a bit and going to seven with my nighty-night snack as a eighth meal. I am waiting it out, to see if I adapt over the next two days. If you look at my lower tummy in the second picture it is a little bloated! Only so much sucking it in can be achieved!!
I would love to step on stage weighing 124-126lbs. But, perhaps by later on this year I can achieve that goal.
This is the most I have ever weighed in my life right now! Well, actually one day when I was pregnant with my first child I was 124. But I couldn't hold it. My tummy was sick with heart burn a lot during my pregnancies.
But speaking of weight...it brings on a whole other subject. How much it really doesn't matter. Because 122 on me and 122 on someone else distributes completely differently, and takes into account so much more - like bone structure and BMI, body fat, muscle weight... So really don't get on the scale. Use your clothing and perhaps do circumference measurements on various body parts like arm, leg, true waist, hips.
That is where the real difference is: How your clothes fit. How you like your own look and what your own personal goals are. Then decide how you are going to get there. Or have a certified personal trainer like myself help you do that and set goals with you!

Great post Lori. I mean yes you are pretty white, but solid. You look great and I just can't even imagine that you are 122lbs, knowing how tiny you are made me gasp as that is quite high for you, but like you say in your last paragraph, it really isn't the scale that is best but, how you feel and look for yourself. Such true words, now for me to listen to them more often ;)
ReplyDeleteAnna,
ReplyDeleteYou just need to be patient with yourself, you are way to hard on yourself. You are such a busy woman, with a business and a family. Finding the balance takes some time!!
Love you, just keep on going!!
